Seems like the CD is scratched or damaged. Was your ISO created with no problems? Try running it again the way described below:

ISO file: Dismount the ISO from any program like daemon tools etc. Then CDVD->Choose ISO, then ISO selector->Browse, find your ISO and System->Boot CD/DVD (fast)

I have ImgBurn, when I clicked make a img from the cd it makes a .bin

Im reinstalling the beta version it didnt come with the bios file

Same thing, bin will also work. Yes I know PCSX2 does not come with a bios file, it would be illegal if it did, but you need to get it from your Playstation 2 console to use PCSX2 in any case

You are doing something wrong....remake the image but this time in imgburn go to read mode and it should automatically make an ISO file (assuming you are using the latest version of it and not something ancient...). If it doesn't, click browse for a file (besides destination) and in save as type select ISO

What I am doing:

I took my PS2 CD I stuck it into my CD drive and I loaded up img burn to make an ISO.

It said it wont so it made it a .bin instead

I do your instructions then I get the ISOFS error no matter what I try it is not changing

im using the latest version of img burn
