You're right. The awful slow in FFX-2 FMV is abnormal and eerie, since in the meantime the FFX FMV playing at reasonable speed. But I haven't found a better choice yet. I'll ask people to continue use the pcsx2 currently used in benchmark for testing purpose even though it get fixed in future, until a better and more accurate choice be discovered.

Read the instructions carefully, you should also post the game serial. There are two PAL versions of FFX-2, SLES 51815 and SLES 51817, which one are you playing?

If you were reading it from the output window of pcsx2 or emulog, that really it was.

Or you can simply open the game's iso with 7-zip, a file with the name of game's serial will show up.

Very well. Don't forget to post your result at stock speed.

44.32FPS - SLES 51815 - Phenom II X4 955 - 3.2GHz - sakraycore
52.12FPS - SLES 51815 - Phenom II X4 955 - 3.8GHz OC - sakraycore

Can you change my OC'd score please, I probably had limit on the other time thanks Smile

50.47 FPS - SLUS 20672 - Intel Core i3-530 - 2.93GHz stock - ilovejedd (Leon: 22x133MHz, SSE41, 4GB DDR3 1333 CL9)

57.04 FPS - SLUS 20672 - Intel Core i3-530 - 3.30GHz oc - ilovejedd (Leon: 22x150MHz, SSE41, 4GB DDR3 1500 CL9)

Using the Intel DH57JG mITX board so I can't overvolt and the CPU can't do 4GHz at just stock volts. Tried 3.3GHz and it seemed to be stable after 20 runs of IBT. Still need to find the limits for this particular chip. Will post an update when I do.

I think you gotta rise voltage to go to 4 GHz, here's an example of Core i3 530 clocked at 4.4 GHz in CPU-Z.

RE: CPU Benchmark designed for PCSX2 based on FFX-2
Are the scores for PAL and NTSC versions comparable ie 50FPS in PAL is comparable to 50FPS in NTSC? Or is a 50FPS in PAL comparable to 60FPS in NTSC? Sorry if I just asked a dumb question.
