Can I run Valkyrie Profile 2

I want to know whether my PC can run Valkyrie profile 2 at full speed,

PC Specs:
Core 2 Quad Q9300 2.5ghz
Radeon 4650 1GB DDR2
8GB DDR3

With speed hacks, ofcourse. I got these games to run at full speed (basically everything I've tried so far , w/ speed hacks): Persona 4, FFX, FF12, Star ocean 3.

But I heard that valkyrie profile 2 is one of the more demanding games, is it true or not?

True, and I doubt you'll get full speed with 2.5 Ghz

Try to overclock to 3 Ghz if possible.

I have a prebuilt HP, you can't overclock it via bios. It even has an obscure motherboard called Eureka3 (chipset is P43/P45 though) made by Pegatron corporation which is a subsidiary of Asus.

Star Ocean is quite demanding too. If you got it at full speed, this could be ok for VP 2

on phenom II x2 550 @ 3800mhz
i get 100% fps in sidescrolling gameplay
80-100% in combat
20-100% in cut scenes

this is a demanding game.

Not only a demanding game, but also a tough game to emulate.
Still PCSX2 cannot emulate it properly, I mean, 100% working.
