Did you tried loading a memory card save with the codes disabled and after restarting pcsx2?
And maybe level up at least 1 level

Can you post the cheat you used here as well?
There are some cheats that are annoying like that.
In fact, in Grandia 3 I was forced to do a restart of the entire game because of a particular cheat that gives a character Max Skill Level/Special Level. (Turns out the char ends up dead with 0/0 HP, so it's impossible to revive too, and at level 99, while the levels I wanted to be maxed weren't). Even after turning off the cheat, and loading via a Memory Card, that second char that would join, everytime had fubard stats.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

Or if you disabled those codes, do battle once, then the hp will be returned to normal.
And PCSX2OTC can use the vsub's code.

Don't remember if the game revert the values...maybe let the enemys hit you until you reach 210(with the codes disabled and loading a memory card save after restarting pcsx2)

Exceeded current HP more than max HP is reverted after battle. I confirmed it by using his codes. (aside from whether those ones are correct)
