Well, you probably will be able to run the program but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will be able to run games @ full speed.

Judging from your PC you probably won;t be able to run fast enough most of the games. But, hey, what don't you just download it yourself, and see for yourself?

as mentioned above, it'll 'run' games, but not at full-speed.
most games would probably run too-slow to be 'fun' and 'enjoyable' Tongue2

Try it, but if it doesn't work, at least try replacing your VGA card for a 7600GT. I think they're still available in AGP 8x mode and maybe, just maybe, that card will increase the emu speed.
