The easiest way is to use DirectX for that. Open the Run-prompt (either Windows Flag + R or by Start -> Run) and type in dxdiag. There you'll see your system specs.

ADD:
If you get a question about digital WHQL signatures just click yes or no, as it doesn't really matter if you're just interesting in your specs.
