Can't get cheats working for LOTR the third age

I've been messing about looking at tutorials for an hour or so and I've been looking at Almars guides for using Omniconverter and pcsx2 cheat converter.


I've made sure I'm using the correct cheats and crc for my version (NTSC-U & EB198738) and the emulator sees "6 unlabelled patch codes will automatically activate" in the cheats section of the emulator settings.

The codes unformatted are:

and converted with Omniconverter (Codebreaker V1+ All > Raw/Uencrypted)

After that I put it into pcsx2 cheat converter and got this:

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm using the latest nightly build.

Edit: I also just tried this one I found online where I could choose which ones I wanted and it made a file for me, but it didnt work either.
