Here are my laptops complete specs: http://us.toshiba.com/computers/laptops/...5D-GS6000/
Anyways I used the GSdx 0.1.7 and it seems to give me the best speed just it has a weird bar at the top that basically is a bleed of a specific part of the screen and it looks like ghosts. Also the graphics seem to blink and flash all over the place. And when I go to first person view or landscape view the whole screen gets whited out. When I use the latest plugin it just seems to be too slow to bare playing it especially in specific parts of the game when I would run across the walls. Then after of the wall it speeds up a little afterwords. Is there some specific settings I can use to get the game to run better? Here is a youtube video stating they can play all the way through the game with little to no issues: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cysjLanV5aI

what is best speed? any numbers. fps maybe. can't say much about old versions and those bugs. you should stick to the latest version. and for slowdowns. well. your cpu and gpu are kinda slow. dunno if skipdraw would fix that.

For the old GSdx 0.1.7 I get full speed 60FPS just when walking on the wall it slows down to maybe 30FPS. When on the latest GSdx 0.1.16 it goes down to maybe 20FPS and even slower when walking on the walls as well.
