Cannpt configure Dualshock analog sticks

Dear All,
Have Dell laptop with SONY PS2 dualshock attached via USB.
When I search for ‘set up game controllers' and test them in Win7, analog sticks work when analog button is pressed.
In Lilypad 0.11.0 r5873 the 'use analog mode' is greyed out.
I configured every other button but when I select the analog sticks and assign buttons they take a long time to bind or overwrite each other.
Can anyone hand hold me through this?

That's normal, I gotta push the analog sticks many times to bind it.
