Change Language on Pal Version

i'm using an european BIOS. the game code is this:

SLES-52585

i know that the game is also in italian language. the first loading screen that you get have 3 language: german, french and italian. but the emulator says that the region for the game is france

how can i check the language for the BIOS? or maybe there are any italian BIOS? i check on internet long time ago and i could find anything

just take the bios from your own PS2 console. then configure it the same way you did on your console.
That's weird though. if you have a language selector at the beginning of your game, that shouldn't rely on bios...
