Changing Speed - F4 frame skipping - for gameplay purposes
#1
Regarding 0.9.6, Under CPU CONFIG, "Frame Limiting ( F4 key switches the mode in game! )" - -
I think I understand how that feature works.

I don't know how to compose my question without describing the situation....
Walking from one place to the next in the game Shadow Hearts:Covenant, I would prefer to speed the game up, say 75fps ( normal NTSC 60 ). When I am stringing together combat combos that require precise timing of the buttons, I would prefer to slow the game down to about 45fps. ( In other words, Cheat.)

Is there a way to use the Frame Limiting settings to allow that? Is there some other method to speed the game up and slow it down without going through the menus?

The new PCSX2 versions have a slowmo and turbo feature, and we'll make it possible to put those keys on the controller as well! Tongue2
