Moved to hardware discussion.
I'd say get one with at least a 8400GS class mobile graphics card and the fastest dual core processor your money can buy (probably core i3)

I recently obtained a laptop with an AMD Athlon X2 2.1Ghz and a GeForce 8200M G. The CPU isn't too bad, but the GPU is a little slow (totally bottlenecks).

I'd say most anything better than this one is "OK" if you're on a budget. Smile

Of course, not all games will run "smoothly" on a cheap laptop. ("cheap" being like $500)

You should be fine as long as you don't get one with an integrated gpu.

I would not recommended a 310M. It is rather sad, as a 210M is better. Also, 120M or 220M are much better choices anyway.

You should stay away from that 320M, too. Again, 220M is better. Actually, a 120M might even be better than the 320M.

Really, the 300M series seems a sad series, when compared to the 200M and even 100M series'.
