Cheat code format; could I ask someone to double check me?

Hey there!

I'm attempting to get some codes to work for Disgaea 2. I have a pnach file, codes written in, and the system says it loads them successfully. Great so far. But then the codes don't actually work. I can only think that my codes are in the wrong format, but I could have sworn these were right. I'm not sure now, and worse, if they are NOT in the format, I'm not sure what format they ARE in to convert them properly. Could I ask for someone to double check me here?

Ok, so I did some digging, and figured out that they were in codebreaker. Converted the values, and... still nothing. That was officially my last lead, so I'm now more confused than when I posted. Back to the drawing board, I suppose. Again I say, any advice/suggestions would be welcome.
