so i have pcsx2 1.0.0 and it didnt have any cheats/patches folder so i made one. inside i put 07AD79C9.pnach (i just named it that. do i have to convert it to .pnach somehow?) and heres what my console says when i boot my game.

ok i have figured out where the actual directory is and i put my .pnach in that file but how do i make sure that my pnach is really a pnach? it says that the format is a text document but its named .pnach

ok i figured that out too. showed hidden file extensions
