Cheat help?

Hey so I've got my cheats in a .pnach file, they load in the console. It says (#) cheats found/loaded etc. but none of them have any effect in any of the games. I'm specifically trying to get cheats for a game called Magic Pengel: The Quest For Color. 
Here's my pnach file. I've converted the codes using pcsx2 converter. I've tried codes from as many different places as I could find, which is very few since this game is kinda ....idk small? Anyone willing to convert some codes or tell me what's wrong with the codes themselves? Please and thank you, any help will be greatly appreciated!

The no color code is weird. Disable that one if PCSX2 acts up.
