Cheating making problem

I followed the guide written at http://www.igameilive.com/2007/11/how-to...orial.html

I'm in the process of creating cheat for Tales of Destiny 2(the ps2 sequel to Tales of Destiny).

here's what I got so far.


I was able to change the value of gald, lens and kyle's exp.

However after a few more battle testing it seems these changes are only a pixel change. The actual value in game has not been changed.

Here's the pnatch file content

can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? please.

edit: I can't change the value of exp til next level, but I did figure out how to change the exp gained after battle!

after more testing the gald code works and the exp gained after battle works also, lens code seems to be checked so I cant make that work yet. but everything seems to be working.
