link seems to work for me
But the codes you posted are the same as in that post, i think those only work for the story mode and not the practice one.

Here is an idea about how to search a value which being not frequently changing.
Phase to prepare:
Save a savestate for each match like below.
match 1 ... savestate #1
match 2 ... savestate #2
match 3 ... savestate #3
...
I recommend to make backups of these savestates to another folder.
(I sometimes unconsciously mistake F1 and F3 buttons during such work.)
Phase to scan:
In this case, I think Scan Type:Exact Value, Value Type:Byte.
Load savestate #1 ... Set Value:1, press First Scan.
Load savestate #2 ... Set Value:2, press Next Scan.
Load savestate #3 ... Set Value:3, press Next Scan.
...
Some games are start with 0(a inner value) as 1(a displaying value). Then,
Load savestate #1 ... Set Scan Type:Unknown initial value(or Set Value:0), press First Scan.
Load savestate #2 ... Set Scan Type:Increased value(or Set Value:1), press Next Scan.
Load savestate #3 ... Set Scan Type:Increased value(or Set Value:2), press Next Scan.
...
Actually I'm not accustomed Cheat Engine because I always use another similar tool, but the process is the same.

You mean it's the red bar? If so ...
If save savestates, at least at max is helpful, also at like 3/4, 1/2, 1/4 and almost 0 are more helpful I think.
If Stamina Level will be frequently increasing/decreasing, you can use Scan Type:Increased/Decreased or Changed value in accordance with the situation.
Probably Value Type would be any one of 2 Bytes, 4 Bytes and Float.
I know to find out a such gauge type value(No clue of visible digit) is dificult. but if you want to find it out by yourself, It's inevitable.
