Well that's pretty much my situation exactly except I'm not running the x64 FF but the 32 bit one.

Other than that same.. Win 7 SP1, tried 1920x1080, can't cause it.

I don't suppose you have any addons or anything that might conflict?

And as always,when I post about some problem,I only then find the solution before receiving an answer.
I was testing some things with html5 and flash and I switched the user agent to IE8 and that seems to trigger the problem

I had this issue with Chrome at work on a 1080p monitor, although my 1440p panel at home doesn't seem to suffer from it on the same browser, so christ knows what's going on there Tongue It's like one of the snow drops spawns just outside of the visible area and causes the browser to put a scroll bar in temporarily.
