Sorry guys, saw the problem, was putting the codes in the wrong driver. D instead of C

View Menu means you go to the menu with all your characters on it and stuff. (Where you can view Items, Status, etc).

And yes, put it in the pnach you already have. Overwrite them if you must, because these codes have actually been tested from Start to Finish of the game.

The codes activate by themselves unless specifically stated in the code itself. 

Go through them and decide which codes you want active though.

To disable a code, just put // in front of patch=1

i was trying the cheat but all those doesn't active at all.

i'm currently using PCS2X v 1.60 with NTUS-E Bios v 2.0

i already create File with .pnach and copy all those code you wrote. save it on cheat folder base on default pcs2x settings.
i didnt change any single code at all. and im already make sure my star ocean iso version is SLUS 20488.
