The extensions is only for advance fxaa and require dx11 GPU.

Yep
Code:
debug_ogl_shader = 1

I got that option enabled (set to 1) in my ini

Can you compile a debug version? Relaunch it will create a ./Debug.txt log file, could you send it to me.

Can you share with us the ouput of the terminal and your config file.

Try to set ovveride_GL_ARB_copy_image to 1 in GSdx.ini, and retry.

I tried both and they didn't work. Attached is a screenshot of how wipeout looks.

One thing i've noticed is that even if i remove it "ovveride_GL_ARB_copy_image" (notice the typo) seems to appear again in the GSdx.ini file

it is normal. Use the typo version and try to set it to 0 instead.

ok. Use a debug build. All gl errors will be recorded into ./Debug.txt

Probably I'm not doing something right, but how do I create the Debug.txt file? I play after the title screen in Dragon Quest 8 then I try to find the file but I can't find it Sad

You need to get a debug build (./build.sh --debug)
Then go to the build dir.
mkdir build/bin (or maybe only build)
Launch pcsx2 from here
./pcsx2
Debug.txt will be created in your current directory (aka $PWD)
