What do you mean by 'doesn't open the plugins'? Are you running as admin? Right click PCSX2 icon > Run as admin.

You probably didnt install the VC++ redistributable, I suggest you get the beta installer which should install everything necessary. Or just install the redistributable:

If that isnt the problem would be better if you explain what do you mean by "doesnt load the plugins"

Okay I managed to fix the plugin thing, the problem was that I didn't have the latest direct x, but it's still flashing, I upgraded my graphics software and everything but it didn't help.
Could it be a problem that I have a windows xp even though its the latest?
I realy don't see other options.
Any other suggestions?
