Constantly asking for configuration

Hey everytime i load up PCX2 0.9.7 it keeps saying it's the first time run and asks me to reconfig everything.... anyway for it to stop doing this lol

Install the program to a place without restrictions, C:\PCSX2 should be fine for that.

the program is installed at
C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 0.9.7\pcsx2-r3878.exe

the plugins are saved in
C:\Users\*Me*\Documents\PCSX2

it rmbs my controller plugins and sound don't need to config them just the graphics since it defaults to SSE2 and i Use SSE41

just run it twice in row as admin confiured using first time wizard fine first time 2nd 1st time wizard came up then in program came up with a not configured message

So... again... try installing to C:\PCSX2 this time.

when you configure it, use the current directory, NOT your c:\users directory. Vista/7 plays havok with that sorta thing sometimes, its easier to keep it with pcsx2 itself.

Maybe the installler should be default start pointing to "C:\PCSX2" as I have only recently started frequenting these boards and this is the second post about this exact same issue I've seen. I can only imagine there are countless others....

Just a suggestion for the devs.

moving it to C:\PCSX2 seems to be working for now thanks for all the help, also sorry if this has been posted before.

It's been suggested before, but I think it's been fixed since if I'm not mistaken anyways Tongue2
