Can you share your LilyPad.ini file(can be found in My Documents\PCSX2\inis for the installer version or just the PCSX2\inis from wherever you installed it for the portable binary version)?

You could disable the "Use Auto Analog if possible" option, but I doubt that's the cause. Otherwise the ini looks fine.

Can you post the complete contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
