According to sony the dualshock 4 will be pc compatible from the start (though probably not the touchpad, not sure about sixaxis) - that means also pcsx2 can use it

Now that the controller is out, I can say YES; it works with PCSX2. No rumble support though (or at least I can't get it to work). Quite surreal playing PS2 games with a controller that is two console generations ahead. Feels way more comfortable than the Dualshock 2 (and 3) in my opinion.
