In wiki the game listed as playeble in full speed.....well, okk good luck....ur best bet is play it on ur ps2..

did u try allow 8 bit textures tick-untick ?
tried diffrent direct3d renderes ?

For detail see short configuration guide below in my sig
u'll sure get a solution from there !!

Yes I tried everything. D3d 9 or 11 (always hardware). With or without 8bit. Native or x3,x4 etc. No luck

hmmm that's weird i'm afraid there is no technical problem in u'r hardware
problem may in windows also
are u'r all pc games runs fine ?

did u see any difference in performance in games or something ?
this issue now started or always like this ?

No problem at all. I play skyrim, dota 2 on high specs (1920x1080). Also got latest drivers 320.18. Its not hardware problem. Maybe windows problem or something..

Its possible that its a window problem ...reinstalling window may fix ur problem..
