Crash of titans - shadow around crash

hey im having some annoying shadow issue with Crash of titans heres a pic

im using PCSX2 v1.2.1
pc specs: gtx 560ti i7 2700k and 8gb ram
GSplugin config: http://i58.tinypic.com/3130ufr.jpg

pressing f9 does take away the shadow box but it makes the game look horrible which i would rather play with the shadow on

anyone help is appreciated

That is a GSdx problem, not a PCSX2 one. Oh and the link is incorrect...

A similar glitch also happens in Crash Mind Over Mutant, where everything below Crash is shadowish (well, better than no shadow at all!).
