Which game? Disable patches. When you enter PCSX2,under system make sure "enable patch" is not ticked.

Its Xenosaga 1, during the first scene.
Enable patch is not ticked and it's still crashing.

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? Full text in the console log after you get the problem?

svn versions aren't supported, actually.

try again using latest public beta

Your ISO image is problematic. Xenosaga I is a DVD9 game so the image should be around 6-8GB. Remake the iso from your disc using imgburn because as it is you will most probably encounter crashes later on in the game.
