well, get the latest betas of pcsx2 and plugins from here

set both controllers to the same plugin.

use linuziso as your cdvd plugin to run isos of your games, make sure they are not mounted in anything like deamon tools e.g.

and post your specs, please.

I've resolved the problem... thank you very much Laugh .

Now I can play FF XII with 40-60 FPS, it isn't the best but at least, it's a begining xP .

with your cpu you'll probably need some speed hacking for stable 60fps in this game, enable some "vu cycle stealing" first, if that is not enough, try the other hacks also. your cpu supports the ssse3 instruction set, so use the ssse3 variant of gsdx, might net you some extra fps. reducing the internal resolution in gsdx or even setting it to "native" might help, too.
