Create a KH2 Game Save with Cheats
#1
Hey everyone, I was wondering if someone could create a save file for the US Kingdom Hearts 2 on proud mode with some cheats enabled. Specifically, infinite munny, all weapons unlocked for Sora, Donald and Goofy, infinite ap boosts, infinite defense boosts and infinite power boosts. Also, if you can have it saved right after Roxas' intro that would be amazing.

without knowing it precisely for that game - most 'keep infinite'-cheats require constant cheating. One-time-cheating and saving will probably not solve your problem. Maybe you consider using the pnach-system...

Why not just max your stats and level instead? Then you don't need the x-boost Items. Munny won't be a problem at least since you'll rarely run out once it's maxed.

Anyway, here's a pnach file I created:

If you decide to follow willkauer's advice about using pnach codes. (Which I also recommend you should do).

A file with the max number of those items would be fine, and I haven't been able to get my cheats to work with the pnach files so that's why I was asking for a save file instead.

[Kingdom Hearts 2 - Starter Save - Sora in Twilight Town]
  • Level 6 Sora
  • All Items X98 (Weapons and Armor X2)
  • Max Munny
  • Max AP, so you can equip all skills if you'd like eventually.
  • Proud Mode Difficulty

This is right after all the Roxas stuff. I opened all of the Treasure Chests that are capable of being opened in Twilight Town at this point. (There's 3 missing ones from the Mansion, but you'll get to that later).

I really appreciate it Ryudo! It seems like everything is working great except in fights like the first against Pete when you have to kill all the enemies to proceed the last couple become invincible and I can't kill them any idea what causes this?

Which world? It's possible you might have to get hurt enough for an event to occur, much like the Train Station part where Mickey shows up to save you after you get a beating. I never ran into odd issues before in this game.

It's right after you get off the purple train as Sora, specifically the fights that are inside Merlin's castle I can't get passed and I'm sure normally you can just kill all the heartless with no problems, but for some reason they won't die.

Weird, I just continued from the Save I uploaded and got past the part just fine. :/

It shouldn't be happening at all that the Heartless are becoming invincible.

I wonder if the EE or VU recompiler settings might affect this.. are they set to default in your PCSX2? (Config>Emulation Settings)

It's actually only the last three in the third room in the castle where the cutscene plays that says kill all the heartless. the first bunch all die no problem but the last three I can't hurt at all. Also, this problem doesn't happen with the random heartless that pop up on the steps. only with the fights that have that cutscene right before the fight.

My setting are all on the default as well.
