DBZ Budokai 3
#1
The game (DBZ) for some reason now works at 60fps on the newest build of pcsx2 beta (0.9.7.r3876) compared to the previous revisions (r2xxx), but the game for some reason goes slow motion, even if it says 60fps on the top bar. When I get rid of frame limit this stops happening but it plays then at 55-70 frames, and then it is just unplayable.

My Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33Ghz
8GB DDR3 ram
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Geforece 250 Gts 1GB ram

UPDATE: For some reason it says 70fps, but when I turn all the hacks off, it says 40-45fps, and the speed seems the same, so I think the speed is not actually that fast but the emulator is tricking me. Angry

Speedhacks can cause fake FPS problems like you're experimenting, specially the EE cycle rate and VU cycle stealing ones. It's even noted in the speedhacks panel.
