DBZ budokai tenkaichi 3 loe fps in game please help

i am from india
i have downloaded the game DBZ budokai tenkaichi 3 NTSC SLUS 21678
i use pcsx2 0.9.5 396 ppr237


i get 100 to 140 fps till i start to battle(i mean start duel match)
but when i start the duel match the fps will fall down to 18 or even 4

what r the configurations should i use to get full speed in the game

posting screen shots is better(in advanced configuration details like cpu,speed hacksetc

yeah, read the rules, on this forum you must pretend that this emulator wasnt made to pirate ps2 games. So instead of "i downloaded" say "i bought" and "i dowloaded bios over p2p" must say "i dumped my bios from my own legit PS2 i got on christmas from my mom".
