can a nvidia ddr2 1GB can emulate games at 60 FPS at between low and med settings? dr with 1 GB ddr3??

Tell name of the cards .... we wont play in farseering Tongue But usualy vards which have ddr2 and ddr3 version are crappy and not enough for fluent emulation unless your CPU is very good. Also 1gb ram with ddr2 card is overpaying, those cards are too weak to utilise those 1gb ...

I see you wanna go for budget cars i recomend smoething like Geforce gt 220 or 240 ddr3 512mb

other is 4 gb ram ddr2 core 2 duo 2.4ghz
