Uh what do you mean with loose sound effect?? If you need play this game with high compatibility then do not use any speedhacks and set all setting to default ON. More speedhacks is more problem can be occured. That is normally for speedhacks being used.

i mean i lose sound effects, such as in the menu. sppedhacks are not teh problem, because i dont have the problem when teh res is set to native. but when it is set to native, i get crappy graphics.

Try with another sound plugin.

Yes you will loose sound effect with peops spu sound plugin. I already test this game in the past in pcsx2 0.96 beta without peops spu plugin being used and playing well without choppy sound with less or None speedhacks being used.

this still doesn't fix the blurry/pixelated graphics problem ><

Huh? First it's blurry then it's not then it is again?

What settings do you have right now? What the problem is exactly?

it's only blurry when i have teh native res set. if i take that off, and set a higher res, it looks like normal, but then i lose part of my sound.

edit
====
i attached some screenshots of my settings, which are my normal settings. the blurryness problem only started after i started using a new sound plugin, but i changed it back and it's still teh same, so it's not the fault of the sound plugin.

EDIT EDIT
=-=====
i should also note, that this is not the only game that has this problem
