Destroy All Humans, Game Freezes After Pressing New Game

WHOLE computer freezes up after I press new game/load game to the point I have to restart computer with the power button.

EDIT: Put on all default settings and it gets to "pick a save slot" but crashes after that.

How does it work if you try to start the game directly from the original disk instead of iso ?
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

Oh wow I didn't even think about that. Yeah i did, but the driver hasn't affected anything else that I've noticed. Hm.
