Devil May Cry 3 is slow?

I'm playing the PAL version of DMC 3 at max fps of 50 but the game still plays in slow motion. Whats the problem?

Are you running speedhacks? Some games don't tolerate speedhacks well and can display false fps. One good example I can think of is Dynasty Warriors 3.
