dxdiag.exe reports software support status, not hardware. Use GPU-Z to check DirectX hardware support.

To be able to use DX11 both the OS and the video card must have support to it (and then to have DX itself download and installed, of course).

Your GPU doesn't support DX11.

Alright! I was just trying to play FFX on it's nice quality. I'm not into High Definition. Just a better quality would do. Too bad, I think I should buy another GPU.

Yeah, Actually I'm using Romstation. It's a software that could play almost all emulators. Also, PCSX2 is there too. Currently, I'm using GSdx (MSVC 15.00, SSSE3) 0.1.7 [GSdx-ssse3]. But I'm still not satisfied on it's graphic quality. I want to use GSdx 5464 (MSVC 16.00, SSSE3) 0.1.16 [GSdx32-SSSE3]. Anyone know what's the difference of the two? Actually, I can play both of the GS. But I'm more satisfied on the first GS that I've mentioned, because I can get 59 fps. While the second one, it gives me nice graphics but sometimes slows in some scenes of FFX. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
