If you are trying the latest beta or something around it the plugin will only show what your GPU is capable of using, so if you have a DX10 card it will show only D3D10 for you.
If you are trying older versions of GSdx they only had D3D10 to use, with a D3D11 option that was basically the same as D3D10 but it was a little more outdated than the D3D10 renderer so not really a choice either.

I'm pretty sure that in 0.9.6 the gpu plugin supported DX9 and DX10, while the 0.9.7 beta supports all three.

they sostitute my processor with other one more weak

a lot of people told me they replaced with crappy one!!!
i know it now, i had 8giga ram and now i have only 4giga!!!
my videocard is same with 512mb.
the problem is that my pcsx2 not recognize anymore direct3d 11 like before

You made it look simple. The amount of memory is not the only and securely not the most important factor in a video card power.

Its brand and model is. To me your former video card was DX11 capable, the actusl is not. Still it's only supposition, it's something only you can tell for sure.

To have DX11, both, the Operational system And the video card must be capable, being a new technology only the series beginning with 5 on ATI cards or 4 on Nvidia card are DX11 capable. As examples ATI 5770 is DX11 able, 4870 is not, even when the second is more powerful than the former.
