Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Graphics problems

I've a problem. When I'm playing I've the problem with the visualization. I see black flashes.
How can I correct the graphic settings?

By pressing F5 for interlacing until it's like you want it to be.

gfx plugin version ?
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

With F5 I don't resolving the problem.
In graphics I've this code:
GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.14

use gsdx 0.1.5
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti

Ok, with gsdx 1.5 I resolve my problem, but now during the game I see at 30frame/s. I use all means of frame limiting, in the menu it run at 100f/s but during the game also with FrameSkip I see at 30 f/s. With VU Skip I see the black flashes.
Instead with gsdx 1.14 the frame works normally but i see the black flashes.

yep. You'll have to chose between fps & black flashes Sad

Maybe Using Zerogs could help you but I never tried it with this game.

With Zerogs is worse than the other plugins.
Ok, I'll do other attemps.

Go to Config>CPU and set to Limit and the flicker will disappear
Also you must have the NTSC version of the game
