When I Open The Game In First It's semi-fast But When I play On Game start I got Very Low FPS And Low Speed

And I am Rly Tired To Looks Videos For Fix It I see All Videos And Nothing

Why But I See Somebodies Got Low Things Than me And Get Good Play

Like Ram: 512 MB - 1.56 GB
And Graphics : 1GHZ-2GHZ

A lot of youtube videos were taken with the internal recorder which captures frame by frame. When the captured video is played back it will be at full speed when it was actually being captured at 15fps.
