Download latest SVN of PCSX2 and enable speed hacks including MTVU since your processor is a quad core, but 2.4 GHz just not cut enough for solid gameplay...

Buy a better one? Tongue Configure GSdx and tick the 'native' box

It's a pity that the HD 5450 has lower specifications than HD 4650 DP. Sad

Give these settings a try (these are not the settings i use. Mine are generally default except I use 3x Native)
  • Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  • Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  • Use Native Resolution
  • Use Frameskip : 1 to draw and 2 to skip. or maybe higher. it gives a vast speed boost in dbz games without glitches
  • Try Allow 8-bit Texture
  • Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

Or better buy a new Graphics Card as suggested.
