Until then, seeing a sporadic 48--54fps with HT on the benchmark, then a consistant ~58fps without is something to remember.

The stock cooler would certainly be enough for a mild OC, and disabling HT will most likely reduce the running temps, too.

Also, when I'm running this game, GS is always at 100% - 92%. Does that help find my issue at all? xD

The GS% is GPU, and your bottleneck. (IGP=weak)
