Dumping PS2 Bios for PCSX2

I believe only the BIOS is required, but having all 5 allows for more information to be known. Ar Tonelico for instance will load up every single file, whilst other games only need the BIOS.

Also, I'd suggest renaming the files to something like this NTSC-SCPH-XXXXX where x is model number. It's good that you finally got the stuff, enjoy PCSX2. If you need help ask here, or on Neogaf, I watch the PCSX2 thread there closely.

A quick question. Would it be worth dumping the bios of my slim PS2 (I used my fat one since it seemed easier)? I remember reading a long time ago that it works better with some games.

No, BIOS discrepancies are essentially non-existent. I would only dump it if you want to. Using a different BIOS is something that's almost never required for a game-fix. Typically the oldest BIOS is best.
