"EE FPU clamp mode is not set to default" when it is

Hi, I'm using the newest nightly (QT) release with Gran Turismo 4 and i fiddled with the settings, changed the clamp mode, and i constantly get the error "EE FPU Clamp mode not set to default, this may break some games," even after i set it to default as well as restored all settings to default. This breaks the license tests in GT4 and I can't progress any further in them, what should I do?
