Hi, I've played FFX and it works 100% and now i want to play FFX-2 but i've some problems in the opening and with textures.
I've found some solutions for my problem but I only get fix blind effect of the opening put Direct3D10(Software) with SSE41 but still remains slow speed about 70% fps, after opening, i've texture crashes. I've tried multiple options but i never get that it going good T_T
I use 0.9.6
Core 2 Duo 2.13, 4gb, G210 my computer specifications.
Some specific configuration for this game?

hmm from the looks of it you must upgrade...
your (onboard?) grapics card isnt that great and ffX is one of the games that is not demanding on the hardware.
also your processor speed is to low to play ffX-2 the game needs more processing power to get the ride going well...
the intro is usually slow (cg intro) so after that it should get better if you got done the first mission, if not..then it is upgrade time unless you have a laptop (wich i am almost certain of...) your stuck bro.

It will be better but still weak graphics card.
Try the latest beta and plugins, make sure to tick the "native" option in GSdx and show us your pcsx2 settings so we can help better.

70-75fps for FFX-2 videos is actually very good, the black lines can only be fixed by using software and maybe one of the interlacing options (can switch to software while playing with F9 and interlace options with F5), there is not much else you can do.
You didn't get the latest beta plugins pack but anyway change to DirectX10 as DirectX11 doesn't give benefits and may even be buggier.
