FFX Crash After First Seymour Battle

hi guys. just downloaded the beta version but i got this message when im trying to open

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrent. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

i tried to reinstalling it but the effect is the same. any suggestions guys?

my problem is the same with the first seymour battle. beaten seymour but the pcsx2 crashes. thanks

Assuming you copied all the plugins and bios files and setup the program the same as 0.9.6, and assuming you downloaded the latest directx, I dont know what the problem is... But i read on several forums that right clicking the .exe-file, and "run as administrator" solved some problems as well.

The problem is what I posted.The 0.9.6 don't require this but the beta does
