LOL, at least you were able to solve your problem with that. I still need to play with the laptop PLUGGED in order to avoid strong slowdowns even on FFX. This also happens with another emulator called Dolphin.

i got that too
i managed to pass it with settings below
GDsx 890 0.1.14
D3D software render
with speed hack 3xcycle and INTC sync hack
u will encounter at least 5 times those kind of graphic screw up that needs u to change ur settings
i used this setting to pass through all the screw ups
