FFX - Weird graphical glitch in their feet

It kinda looks like their feet are clipping into the ground or something. It's worth noting that it only happens when their feet are actually on the ground. If they are kneeling to pray for example, their feet look normal. It's also worth nothing that Lulu doesn't seem to be affected by this but I'm assuming that's because we don't actually get to see her feet.

-Happens on both Hardware and Software mode.
-PCSX2 1.3.0-598
-Specs in signature

P.S. Got my 7950 w/Boost in the mail today and it's AWESOME! Laugh

P.P.S Ignore the white line under Lulu, that's a minimized Google Hangouts window.

It's normal. There are clipping issues in FFX on real PS2, you just don't notice as much b/c low resolution.

Yeah that sounds about right because when I switched to software mode it was really hard to see the clipping lol

Notice in the opening scene(before you load/start a game) where Tidus goes to put his hand on Yuna's back, it clips into her back. Quite noticeable on higher resolutions.

Oh yeah, I always noticed that, even back in the day when I first played the game. I just never noticed the feet clipping into the ground so I thought it was a PCSX2 issue somehow. Thanks for confirming it isn't though. Feel free to close this thread. Laugh
