FFXII - Distorted Graphics at Barheim

I'm having trouble at Barheim passage the graphics are distroted.
is something wrong with my settings?

CONIFG:
GSdx883 SSSE3 1.13
Resolution: Windowed
Renderer: Direct3D9 (Hardware)
Shader: Pixel Shader 2.0
Interlacing: None
Native: UNCHECKED
NLOOP hack GREY
Texture filtering CHECKED
Logarithmic Z CHECKED
Alpha correction CHECKED

ZeroSPU2 0.4.6

Time Scaling CHECKED

LilyPad 0.9.4

Linuzappz Iso CDVD 0.7.0

CPU
EERec CHECKED
Vu0rec CHECKED
VU1rec CHECKED
MTGS CHECKED
DC CHECKED

SPEED HACK
Disable Forced ABS CHECKED
EE/IOP Sync Hack CHECKED

Tried to:
Disable speed hacks. MTGS, and DC still distorted
Disable NLOOP hack still distorted
Switched to Dx10 still distorted
Switch to ZeroG and SPU2 null still distorted
Deleted inis and switched to Pcsx2 0.9.4 still distorted

Use pcsx2 playground, the problem should be solved there, or at least much much better...

Completely fixed in Pcsx2 Pg 1.0.0395, and Pcsx2 pg svn563.

it looks like video card artifacts lol
