FFXII fps problem

I get a real nice intro more than 70 fps but when i start to get into the game (i.e. tutorials w/ Basch) the fps drops to 15, maybe less. Then when i start fighting the flying thing it still has a low fps of aroud 30.

Also, my ps2 Output and my Cpu Config tells me that my CPU speed is 2.714 Ghz when it is Intel Core Duo 2.66 Ghz, 2.67 Ghz.

Here are my specs:
Windows Xp SP3
Intel Core Duo CPU E6750 2.66 ghz, 2.77 ghz
2GB RAM
ATI Radeon X1650 Series (256 MB)
Direct X 9.0c

GSdx 0.1.12 (Windowed, Direct3D9(Hardware), PS3.0, Texture filtering)
ZeroZPU2 0.4.6(Time Scaling, Real Time mode)

EEREC, VU0rec, VU1rec, MTGS, DC
Disable Forced ABS, EE/IOP Sync Hack (Turned both off too)

Hopefully you post your report on same threads and people stop making new threads. Look for Best conficuration settings for Final Fantasy 12 in this same board where you posted this.
