FFXII running full speed
#1
I just got FFXII running full speed tonight on me and a friends laptop (his is slightly slower than mine).

The settings I used were:
-Sept 20th 2009 beta (r1888)
-GSdx 1406 SSE4.1 - Windowed, Direct3D9(Hardware), None, 4:3, Native, With Logarithmic Z and Alpha Correction Enabled.
-ZeroSPU2 r1455 0.4.6
-Lilypad 0.9.9
-Linuz Iso CDVD 0.9.0
-Bios USA v0.1.60

Disabled Patches (apparently there are none, my friend said it was making his FMV's glitch)

Speed Hacks
-x2 Cycle Rate
-INTC Sync Hack
-Enable IOP x2 Cycle Rate
-Idle Loop Fast-Forward
-Status Flag Hack
-Min/Max Hack
-VU Cycle Stealing OFF

Advanced
-Changed all Round Modes to Nearest, and all Clamp Modes to None.

With that I was at or over 100% during actual gameplay.

I was kinda wondering if any adjustments would make it run better, and what actually helped the most in the speed, because as a control we ran it in the pcsx2 0.96 and got around 60% tops in actual gameplay.

Hoping someone could shed a little light on what really helped with the settings, I usually can adjust them for max speed on my laptop just wanted to know what helps more. Thanks!

Thanks, I will probably fiddle around with the settings again later. I generally try to get the games running around 120% solid, because that translates to my friends laptop running anywhere from 100-110% solid.
